Drawing on my background in behavioral nutrition, applied physiology and psychotherapy, I support people to escape the trap of yo-yo dieting, establish a positive relationship to food and body, and feel empowered to make sustainable healthy food and movement choices.
I do not provide customized nutrition plans - instead I use values-based approaches and cognitive therapy to support people in making permanent changes to their mindset and relationship to food and physical activity.
Executive Coaching & Organizational Work
I work with executives and teams at organizations of all sizes, supporting them to perform at their best, strategically lead their companies, navigate challenges or crises, and achieve greater balance. I consult, give talks and facilitate
I teach mindfulness based skills to individuals and groups including: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), and Mindful Self Compassion.
I facilitate groups focused on the following areas:
- Psychoeducation and skills-building groups focused on topics including mindfulness, behavior change, stress management and resilience.
- Women-identifying support groups focused around themes of perfectionism, work/life balance, infertility, motherhood, and pre/postnatal support.
