Dr. Naomi Arbit
Services
Psychotherapy
Naomi works with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups, supporting them through a wide range of challenges, goals and concerns. She draws on her diverse background to create an individualized approach for each client. See more about her approach here.

She is currently seeing clients in the private practice of Dr. Debra Rosenzweig, under whose supervision and mentorship she practices cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness and compassion-based psychotherapy.
Behavioral Health & Nutrition
Drawing on her background in behavioral nutrition, applied physiology and psychotherapy, Naomi supports people to escape the trap of yo-yo dieting, establish a positive relationship to food and body, and feel empowered to make sustainable healthy food and movement choices.
Naomi does not provide customized nutrition plans - instead she uses values-based approaches and cognitive therapy to support people in making permanent changes to their mindset and relationship to food and physical activity.
Coaching
Naomi uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide coaching to a broad range of clientele.
She supports clients to discover and articulate a vision of what it means for them to thrive professionally and personally. She then partners with clients to set and achieve goals that turn that vision into reality.
Mindfulness
Training
Naomi teaches mindfulness based skills to individuals and groups including: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), and Mindful Self Compassion.

Naomi facilitates groups focused on the
following areas:
- Psychoeducation and skills-building groups focused on topics including mindfulness, behavior change, stress management and resilience.
- Women-identifying support groups focused around themes of perfectionism, work/life balance, infertility, motherhood, and pre/postnatal support.
